Usage Agreement for 24Topic

By accessing or using 24TOPIC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following usage agreement ("Agreement"). Please review the Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Site.

1- Intellectual Property

5- Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 24TOPIC, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF 24TOPIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6- Indemnification

7- Governing Law

8- Miscellaneous

9- Modification of Agreement

10- Termination of Access
